Remote support scammers can't weaponise.
TechX RDP is our in-house secure remote-desktop product — the AnyDesk/TeamViewer alternative, done right. It's built from the ground up to be un-abusable: every session needs explicit, informed consent, access is least-privilege by design, media is end-to-end encrypted, and every session is auditable. The exact hole that makes the mainstream tools a scammer's playground is closed by design.
No silent connections, no “read me this code” trick — a clear, verified prompt before anyone sees your screen.
A session can only do what it's scoped to — view/input, with files and terminal as separately-gated extras.
Media is E2E (DTLS-SRTP); the rendezvous relay is untrusted and can't MITM the connection.
Every session is recorded/auditable, with an un-suppressible local kill switch.
The classic fraud is someone talking a victim into remote access and then draining them. Mainstream remote-desktop tools were built for convenience first and made that abuse trivial. TechX RDP is built the other way: un-abusable by design, so remote help can't be turned into remote theft.
Access is explicit, scoped, and on the owner's terms — not a persistent backdoor a stranger can invoke by convincing someone to click. The trust model is inverted so the person being helped stays in control of what's reachable and when, which is exactly the property the scam relies on not existing.
Give real remote support — to a client, an employee, or a relative — without opening the door that fraudsters walk through. Same usefulness, none of the exposure.
Businesses and families who need remote help without inviting the scam vector in.
