Use it reasonably and legally — don’t attack it, scrape it abusively, or try to break it. It’s provided as-is; we work hard to keep it accurate and online, but can’t promise it’s perfect or never down.
Products and services are delivered as described, or per a written scope/quote for custom work. Our software, designs, code, and content are TechX Maestro’s intellectual property — most of it ships under proprietary licenses (see each product or repo’s license). You may read and reference what we make public; you may not repackage or resell it as your own.
When paid products go live, pricing and payment terms are shown at purchase. Custom work is quoted in writing before we start — no surprise invoices.
We stand behind our work and fix what we ship. That said, to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided without implied warranties, and TechX Maestro isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t legally be waived.
